Infusion Pharmacist

Job Summary Our client is seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join their team, focusing on ensuring safe, cost-effective, and appropriate medication care. The role involves evaluating clinical and medication orders, compounding, dispensing, and providing expert consultation to healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities Clinical & Medication Order Evaluation: Review, interpret, and optimize physician drug orders, patient medical histories, pharmacokinetic dosing, and lab results. Compounding & Dispensing: Perform computer order entry, compound sterile IV admixtures, and manage the labeling and distribution of pharmaceuticals. Communication & Clinical Consultation: Provide technical and drug information to physicians, nurses, and patients, leading care management and supervising pharmacy support staff. Qualifications Holds Pharmacist License in Michigan and Texas Skills Clinical evaluation and medication order optimization Pharmaceutical compounding and dispensing Strong communication and consultation abilities Additional Requirements Part-Time or Full-Time, flexible hours between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
