Job Duties

• Perform thorough patient evaluations, incorporating physical assessments and comprehensive medical history discussions
• Assist in the assessment and diagnosis of surgical conditions through thorough analysis of imaging results and lab data

• Offer essential intraoperative assistance, including the preparation of surgical spaces, ensuring appropriate patient positioning, and managing instruments throughout procedures

Educational Requirements

• Master's degree from a certified Physician Assistant program
• Completion of clinical rotations with a surgical focus is highly desirable

Licenses and Certifications

• Current and active PA-C designation
• BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory
• State licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a Physician Assistant
