Delivery Driver - Non CDL - Earn up to $200 per day + paid training

Start a driving career with PMN Bluebonnet Transport, a FedEx contractor . We’re hiring dependable, safety-focused drivers for local package delivery routes in North Fort Worth.  No CDL required.

About PMN Bluebonnet Transport

We’re a loyal FedEx contractor with a focus on safety, teamwork, and driver support. We provide the training, equipment, and resources you need to succeed. Our terminal is at 4901 Village Creek Road, Fort Worth, TX 76119 .

Pay & Benefits

Entry-Level:

• $170/day after successful 60-day evaluation
• $160/day after first week of solo routes and evaluation
• $140/day paid training for approximately 2 weeks

Experienced Drivers: Must have past parcel experience delivering stops per day

• $180-$200/day (based on experience)

Benefits:

• $250 bonus at 30-day evaluation

Schedule & Hours

Start at 8:30 AM and work until deliveries are complete. We operate Monday–Sunday.

Full-time schedules include Tuesday–Saturday, Sunday–Thursday, or Wednesday–Sunday . 

What You’ll Do

• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Safely operate a DOT delivery vehicle
• Scan, load, and deliver packages
• Use GPS to navigate urban and suburban routes

Requirements

• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license
• Must be willing to submit to an MVR and background check
• Must be willing to submit to a drug test and DOT physical
• Dependable, safety-focused, and able to follow directions
