You will evaluate and treat patients to improveindependence with daily activities, functional mobility, safety,upper-extremity function, and overall quality of life while collaborating withan interdisciplinary care team. Responsibilities Evaluate and/or treat patients to improve ADLs,functional independence, safety, strength, coordination, and quality of life. Develop or carry out individualized occupationaltherapy plans of care within licensures scope. Recommend or implement adaptive strategies andtherapeutic activities as appropriate. Monitor progress and communicate changes to thecare team. Educate patients, families, and caregivers ontreatment strategies and safety. Complete timely documentation and collaboratewith the interdisciplinary team. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapyor Occupational Therapy Assistant program, as applicable. Active CA OT or COTA license in good standing,as applicable. Current BLS/CPR certification as required by theemployer. Strong clinical, communication, documentation,and teamwork skills.
