Job Title: Ultrasound Technologist Traveler Profession: Diagnostic Imaging Specialty: General Abdominal/Obstetric Ultrasound, Small Parts Duration: 20 weeks Shift: 4-10 hour days with call rotation Hours per Shift: 38 guaranteed hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in ultrasound License: ARDMS Registered or ARRT(S) Certifications: BLS from the American Heart Association (AHA) Must-Have: RADIUS RULE: Traveler's permanent address must be at least 75 miles away from the facility. Description: The imaging department is seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist Traveler to work in a variety of specialties. The candidate should be able to assist with biopsies and perform breast imaging in addition to general, vascular, small parts, and first trimester obstetrics. The position will provide services for inpatient and outpatient care. Shift consists of 4-10 hour days, working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with call rotation required. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of ultrasound experience and hold BLS certification from the American Heart Association. ARDMS registered or ARRT(S) certification is required for this position. It is important to ensure that all information provided is accurate to avoid onboarding issues. Guaranteed hours will not apply on holidays for clinic workers.
