Commercial Counsel — Scale Global SaaS & Tech Deals, Equity
Whoop
WHOOP is seeking a Corporate Counsel, Commercial to support our global business from the Boston office. You will draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a broad range of commercial agreements including vendor, SaaS, technology, marketing, and partnerships.
You will partner with cross-functional teams to balance practical business needs with legal risk, build scalable contract templates and playbooks, and explore AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.
