Impact you’ll make

• Translate blueprints and CAD data into accurate machined parts.
• Set up and run CNC milling equipment with the correct tooling and fixtures.
• Monitor production, adjusting feeds, speeds, and offsets for consistent quality.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Inspect parts with micrometers, calipers, and other precision instruments.
• Partner with engineers and peers to streamline workflows and improve yields.
• Keep your work area organized and follow all safety protocols.

What we’re looking for

• High school diploma or GED; additional machining coursework or certification is a plus.
• Experience as a CNC mill machinist or closely related position.
• Working knowledge of CNC programming and machine operations.
• Ability to read and interpret prints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Comfort using measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality.
