Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Mansfield, OH Cleveland-Cliffs, Mansfield Works is currently hiring four (4) Maintenance Mechanics. The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for keeping the plant operating and required to perform routine maintenance and reactive maintenance. Summary Of Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance Troubleshooting and installing mechanical equipment Installing mechanical equipment Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Two year technical degree or other related experience Ability to read, understand and follow blueprints, schematics, drawings, work instructions and procedure manuals Ability to read, understand and follow safety information and operating instructions Work rotating shift work in a 24/7 manufacturing environment Preferred Qualifications Welding certification Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. is the largest flat-rolled steel company and the largest iron ore pellet producer in North America.
