About the Role:
Mr. Fries Man in Greenville, SC is looking for an energetic and motivated Shift Lead to join our crew! This is your chance to step into a leadership role at one of the most exciting fast-casual concepts around, where bold flavors meet a fun, fast-paced environment. If you love food, people, and leading a team to success, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support team members during assigned shifts to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency in line with Mr. Fries Man standards
- Open and/or close the restaurant, including cash handling, drawer counts, and end-of-shift reporting
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Train, coach, and motivate crew members to meet performance and productivity goals
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a fast food, quick-service, or fast-casual restaurant environment required
- Previous supervisory or shift lead experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must have reliable transortation to work
