Our client seeks a Facets Configuration Analyst to configure and support packaged software for healthcare claims and benefits. The analyst will lead complex facets product builds, interface design specifications, and file configuration to ensure accurate claim payments. The role includes requirements analysis, solution design, implementation, and ticket-based troubleshooting, with approximately two weeks of shadowing for training.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $45.00 to $49.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the SME for Facets benefits configuration, product builds, claims adjudication, and benefit administration.

• Configure and maintain Facets benefits, including BPA tables, supplemental tables, service IDs, deductibles, limits, and service payments.

• Translate business requirements into accurate benefit builds, product changes, renewals, and configuration enhancements.

• Research and resolve configuration issues impacting claims processing, benefits, and product functionality.

• Execute configuration activities including build, testing, validation, migration, and production support.

• Partner with business and operational teams to implement new products, benefit changes, and renewals.

• Provide guidance to junior team members and support complex Facets configuration initiatives.

• Review plan documents and benefit requirements to ensure accurate system configuration and claims outcomes.

• Identify opportunities to improve configuration quality, consistency, and operational efficiency.

• Support end-to-end delivery of Facets configuration changes from requirements through implementation.

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of related experience, or 7+ years without a degree.

• Hands-on experience with facets product builds.

• Healthcare claims experience.

• Workflow design and solution delivery experience.

• Experience leading configuration and interface specification efforts in packaged software environments.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree preferred; in lieu of a degree, 7+ years of related experience.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
