- Prepare Level of Effort (LOE) estimates for change requests and lead impact analyses.
- Champion automation, efficiency, and modernization-including AI/ML-enabled optimization to improve forecasting, anomaly detection, and operational decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of IT program/project management, including leadership of large-scale government or enterprise programs with distributed teams.
- 8+ years of experience managing CMS programs and/or projects, including experience with CMS/CCIIO, Affordable Care Act (ACA) operations and/or No Surprises Act (NSA) preferred.
