Our award-winning seating solutions are developed from consumer research, finding the ease of operation to be comfortable, convenient and connected.Job Responsibilities:Bachelor's Degree in manufacturing engineering or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience:Minimum of five (5) years of engineering experience in an automotive manufacturing environment.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Strong project management skills.Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot manufacturing process and equipment issues.Working knowledge of kaizen and/or lean manufacturing techniques.Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Working knowledge of AutoCAD.Awareness, Unity, EmpowermentAt Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
