Evening Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
Job Summary
Diamond Medical Laboratories is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Evening Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join our team in Owings Mills, Maryland. As an Evening MLT, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of laboratory tests and results. Responsibilities
Perform various laboratory tests, including chemistry, hematology, and microbiology, to analyze patient specimens and generate accurate results
Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure seamless specimen processing and testing, and maintain accurate records of test results and patient information
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of laboratory procedures, protocols, and regulations to ensure compliance with quality control standards
Utilize laboratory information systems to accurately record and report test results, and maintain patient confidentiality
Participate in quality control and assurance activities to maintain laboratory accreditation and compliance with regulatory requirements
Work closely with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely test results, and contribute to optimal patient care
