CHS Group LLC is committed to creating a positive, supportive company culture that empowers both our clients and our team members. We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable Community Living Instructor to provide 1:1 support to individuals in their homes.
In this role, you will help individuals build daily living skills, participate in household tasks, and engage in their communities—supporting personal growth, independence, and overall well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity for those interested in healthcare, education, or social services.
Who We Serve We support individuals with mental health and developmental disabilities throughout Southeast Michigan.
Position Details

Pay: $17.13 per hour (training payrate $13.73)
Work Setting: In- Residential Home Setting

Qualifications:

Experience in caregiving preferred but not required
Must be dependable, patient, and respectful
Must be at least 18 years old
