As fresh opportunities bloom this season, we're looking for a Quality Assurance Technician to help ensure every batch of pasta meets the highest standards of quality and food safety. If you're detail-oriented, enjoy hands-on work, and are ready to grow your career in food manufacturing, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do You'll help cultivate quality throughout our production process by:
• Performing inspections, audits, and in-process checks to ensure food safety and compliance
• Collecting samples and conducting lab tests, including cook quality, dimensions, coding, and more
• Monitoring sanitation practices, GMPs, and foreign material controls
• Reviewing records and releasing (or holding) product based on results
• Investigating quality issues and supporting corrective actions
• Partnering with production teams to keep quality rooted in every step of the process What You'll Bring
• At least 1 year of laboratory experience (food manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach
• Basic math skills and comfort working with data
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• A proactive mindset focused on problem-solving and continuous improvement Sunday-Thursday 3:00pm - 11:30pm
