Cleaning Technician Full-Time Vintage Cleaning Solutions & More, LLC Location: Port Saint Lucie, FL Area Pay: $16.00$18.00 per hour Employment Type: Full-Time, About the Position Vintage Cleaning Solutions is seeking reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team. We provide professional residential and commercial cleaning services throughout the Port Saint Lucie area. We are looking for team members who take pride in their work, can follow detailed cleaning procedures, and can be trusted to provide consistent, high-quality service at client locations. This is a full-time position. Starting pay is $16.00$18.00 per hour based on experience, reliability, and qualifications. Schedule & Availability Split-shift availability is required for this position. Our client schedules include early-morning and evening commercial cleaning assignments. Employees may be scheduled to: Begin work as early as 5:00 AM Complete morning cleaning assignments Have a break between assignments Return later in the day for evening or late-night cleaning assignments Because client service times vary, applicants must have the flexibility to work a split schedule when assigned. Please apply only if you are comfortable with early-morning and evening work and are able to reliably return for scheduled evening assignments. Specific schedules and client assignments will be provided in advance whenever possible. Responsibilities As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for completing assigned residential and commercial cleaning services according to company and client standards. Responsibilities include: Perform residential and commercial cleaning services Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize assigned areas Clean restrooms, kitchens, offices, common areas, and other designated spaces Perform deep cleaning and move-in/move-out cleaning when assigned Follow site-specific cleaning checklists and scopes of work Complete assigned work thoroughly and within the scheduled service time Properly use company-provided cleaning products, supplies, and equipment Follow safety procedures and chemical-use instructions Maintain professional behavior while working at client locations Communicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and team members Report supply shortages, maintenance concerns, property damage, or client issues promptly Follow client access, security, check-in, and check-out procedures Properly secure client locations before leaving Use company scheduling, timekeeping, communication, and checklist systems Travel between assigned client locations as required Work independently and as part of a cleaning team when required Maintain consistent quality without requiring constant supervision Requirements Applicants must: Have reliable transportation to and from assigned client locations Have a valid driver's license Have a reliable smartphone with internet access for scheduling, timekeeping, checklists, and team communication Be able to reliably report to work for early-morning and evening assignments Be comfortable working a split-shift schedule Be willing and able to travel between assigned client locations Be able to lift approximately 2030 pounds Be able to stand, bend, reach, walk, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks for extended periods Be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Be able to follow written cleaning instructions and checklists Be able to work independently and manage assigned responsibilities Communicate professionally with clients and coworkers Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to qualified candidates who demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
