In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day accounting and finance operations, manage a small accounting team, and take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, inventory controls, cashflow reporting, audit processes, and financial reporting. You’ll also play a key role in streamlining systems and improving internal controls across the business.

This role would suit a hands-on Controller with manufacturing or cost accounting experience who enjoys working closely with operations and leadership teams in a fast-paced environment.

The Role:

• Oversee accounting and finance operations
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
• Manage inventory controls and cost accounting activities
• Support audits, compliance and board reporting

The Candidate:

• Controller or senior finance leadership experience
• Manufacturing or industrial background preferred
• Strong GAAP accounting knowledge
• Leadership/people management experience
