PDS Tech Commercial is hiring skilled and dependable Pipe Fabrication Associates to support pipe fabrication and material handling operations for one of North America’s premier distributors of plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, PVF, waterworks, and industrial products. Location: West Chester, OH | Pay Rate: $20.00/hour | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3 PM - 1:30 AM (OT available on Saturdays upon need)

This role is a hands‑on Pipe Fabrication Associate position , focused on supporting pipe cutting, threading, and material handling operations in a shop and yard environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Move loose or bundled pipe within the shop and yard (½” to 10”)
  

• Assemble pipe orders (single sticks or bundles) and maintain organized work areas
  

• Follow all safety procedures for fabricating, cutting, assembling, stacking, and shipping pipe
  

• Operate powered industrial equipment in compliance with OSHA guidelines and company procedures
  

• Set up, operate, and maintain machines used for pipe fabrication
  

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
  

• 6–8 months recent machinery experience (band saws, automatic welding machines, pipe machinery)
  

• Mechanical background
  

• Ability to read tape measures & gauges
  

• Ability to read and follow work orders
  

• Comfortable in hot environments
  

• Good communication & teamwork skills
  

• Basic math & computer skills
  

Preferred Backgrounds

• Auto or diesel mechanic
  

• Machinery maintenance
  

• Manufacturing or fabrication
  

• Farm or heavy equipment

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
