Senior Construction Project Manager

Salary Range USD $110,000.00/Yr. - USD $135,000.00/Yr. Overview The Job in a Nutshell: The main responsibility of this position is to oversee the day-to-day implementation and project management of new store construction, store relocations, store renovations, and special projects. Responsibilities Main Ingredients: Prepares project scope of work and process submittals Prepares cost projections and budgets for construction projects Maintains good working relationships with contractors, vendors, architects, and engineers. Generates, reviews, approves, and monitors construction schedules and expenses Oversees construction to assure detailed conformance with the contract documents and highest quality workmanship, code compliance, ADA compliance, schedules, sequence, costs Prepares purchase orders for contractors, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, consultants, etc. Performs and is responsible for record keeping activities, such as, financial tracking, Site Inspection Reports, review submittals, construction field reports, manages pay applications, processes change orders, and close out documents. Identifies potential issues, cost savings changes and completes punch list Manages support staff & trains others as needed Conducts site inspections and field measurements Provide weekly update to V.P. of Construction.
