The military community detects inauthenticity instantly. We need a Digital Content Creator who speaks the language of the military. Your mission is to connect, educate and mentor our community. You will create content that doesn't just get views, but equips our community with the knowledge they need to earn more and build long term wealth. About this role: We are looking for a Digital Content Creator to manage strategy, creation, and publishing across all of VetraFi’s social media channels. You will own the entire lifecycle of our brand's voice, from brainstorming, filming, video editing and scheduling to community engagement and impact analysis. You will work collaboratively with our Growth, Design, Product, and Operations teams. In this role you can expect to: Develop, maintain, and track VetraFi’s social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, & Twitter) Record and edit long-form and short-form video content Own the content calendar and generate a diverse pipeline of social media content that aligns with our brand identity and voice [Financial Education, Military Education, Military Humor, etc.] Execute data-driven social campaigns, promotions, and strategies to increase digital word-of-mouth referrals Monitor and analyze conversations across key social media channels and prepare monthly reports to update brand and growth teams on insights and opportunities Build relationships with influencers and develop co-branded media Find opportunities in our existing social media channels, as well as exploring new channels About you: Military Community Member: Current Reservist or National Guard in any branch of service (enlisted preferred), U.S. Military Veteran (Honorable Discharge), Military Spouse Content Creator: Comfortable creating, recording, and editing both short-form and long-form video content Familiarity with editing software like CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc. Strong understanding of how different social platforms work and how to tailor content for each one Experience using performance data and audience feedback to improve content and grow engagement Familiarity with working cross-functionally with marketing, design, or content teams Self-Starter and the ability to execute without constant supervision.
