Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Providing direct patient care, including assessments, medications, wound care, and monitoring
• Collaborating with physicians, CNAs, and allied health teams to implement treatment plans
• Educating patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and discharge instructions
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
• Responding effectively in urgent or emergency situations with professionalism and care

What You Bring to the Role:

• Active RN license in the state of Texas
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• A genuine commitment to compassionate, high-quality care
