This position is ideal for someone who enjoys project coordination, production operations, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration within industrial manufacturing or construction materials environments.Responsibilities:Attend backlog and production planning meetings while maintaining visibility into production schedules and delivery commitmentsReview project scope, specifications, and drawings to identify production requirements, risks, and sequencing needsCoordinate drawing revisions and change orders with engineering and production teamsServe as the primary point of contact with contractors throughout production and manufacturing activitiesCoordinate delivery schedules and sequencing requirements with contractors and shipping teamsOrder raw materials and coordinate fabrication activities to support production schedulesGenerate and maintain daily production schedules and backlog reportsConfirm production readiness including materials, labor, forms, drawings, and quality requirementsCoordinate closely with production, quality control, shipping, and delivery teams to ensure project successMonitor project progress and proactively resolve issues related to scheduling, materials, labor, or quality concernsMaintain accurate production status reporting and project documentationSupport load planning, shipment timing, and special delivery requirementsQualifications:High school diploma or GED requiredAssociate's degree or technical training preferredBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field highly preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience in construction, industrial manufacturing, or production project coordinationAbility to read and interpret shop drawings, specifications, and production documentationExperience with production scheduling, backlog management, and materials coordinationStrong written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to work effectively across production, engineering, quality, and shipping departmentsProficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP or production systems experience preferredBenefits:Medical insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance401(K) retirement plan with company matchAD&D insurancePaid Time OffEmployee assistance programAdvancement opportunitiesSalary: $65K-$70K+
