QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Line Leader at a company in Manitowoc, WI. This is a potential to hire position for 2nd or 3rd shift. $25.25 - $26.50/hour

3:00pm - 11:00pm or 11:00pm - 7:00am

Line Leader Responsibilities:

- Direct, coach and mentor assigned assembly team to assist in meeting performance metrics - Ensure safety, quality, service (delivery), and cost objective are met - Develop, maintain and improve pre and postproduction checklists detailing steps to startup, run, and shutdown of line - Provide visual confirmation of items by position at line start up - Supervise and train pump/cap table team to assist in completing line tasks - Set up, maintain and troubleshoot filler, monitoring consumables/spares - Perform weight checks in production - Clean and sanitize filler, setup (changeover) and start production - Maintain master downtime for team - Cross train with Palletizers to cover absences

Requirements for Line Leader:

- High School Diploma or equivalent experience - Proficient in basic math skills - Previous assembly experience and/or leadership experience helpful - Ability to walk, stand, sit and reach throughout shift - Ability to lift or exert force between 10-50lbs as needed - Ability to use hand tools, scales, label machines, fillers and other equipment as needed
