Qualifications and Requirements Current state RN license. Basic Life Support certification required within 14 days of hire. One year of experience preferred. New grads welcomed to apply. What You Will Do Assess patient care needs and coordinate age‑specific patient care with accountability. Serve as a clinical resource for staff on your assigned shift or unit. Coordinate patient care and delegate duties, holding staff accountable for outcomes. Act as first‑line supervisor over a group of employees or a unit. Sommer Rehabilitation Unit, and the Shoals Senior Care Center, the Shoals’ only psychiatric unit dedicated to our senior adults.
