LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Facilities Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-change environment. This role requires a strong doer + communicator who can oversee active construction, stabilize operations, and lead a transitioning team.

1. Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across assigned commercial properties
2. Manage ongoing construction projects (including major infrastructure/plumbing upgrades)
3. Review plans/blueprints and ensure quality control throughout project execution
4. Coordinate and supervise vendors, contractors, and maintenance teams
5. Lead preventative maintenance programs and ensure compliance with safety regulations
6. Track and manage work orders, including documentation, progress updates, and completion verification
7. Oversee capital projects, budgets (CAM/utilities), and expense forecasting
8. Maintain fire/life safety systems and ensure regulatory compliance
9. Build relationships with tenants, inspectors, and local agencies
10. Support operational reporting, audits, and process improvements
11. Experience in facilities management, property operations, or construction oversight
12. Strong understanding of work order tracking and documentation, Quality control and project follow-through
13. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
14. Ability to read and interpret blueprints/plans
15. Working knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, fire/life safety, Plumbing (preferred, not required)
16. Experience overseeing vendors and construction projects
17. Familiarity with work order systems (e.g., Yardi or similar preferred)
18. Fully onsite in Yuba City
19. High-change environment with active construction and team build-out
20. Requires a leader who can step in, assess quickly, and drive execution
21. Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 (no bonus)

Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
