Resident Medication Aide

We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Resident Medication Aide Schedule: Full Time: 7am - 3pm Full Time: 11pm - 7am Salary: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour, based on experience. Shift differential also available for Evenings, Nights and Weekend Shifts Benefits: Generous PTO Paid Holidays and Floating Holidays Aetna Health Insurance, including medical, dental, and vision Child Care Reimbursement Compassionate PTO Donation Program - to support a team member Flexible Scheduling Employer Paid Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program PTO Cash Out ProgramRetirement Plan - 401(k) with company match Resident Medication Aide Responsibilities include: Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents' rights Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care as needed Assist in monitoring the medication program Dispenses medication in accordance with physician orders and as stated on the Medication Administration Record for all residents Resident Medication Aide Education & Experience: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Two (2) years of resident care experience and/or training required Successfully complete all trainings as required by state regulations Company Overview: Peregrine Senior Living is known for their innovative leadership in revolutionizing care for the elderly.
