Processing Specialist I

About This Team and Role This position involves the review and processing of photo enforcement events, which is a clerical and data entry-based task. Candidates must be able to follow basic procedures and scripts to function in the role. The position requires strong attention to detail, a high level of quality, strong problem-solving skills, dependability, and a demonstrated ability to document and report issues as needed. This position reports within the Operations Group and will report to the Operations Supervisor. What You’ll Do Review, assess, and perform data entry tasks for photo enforcement program events using web-based tools. Align processing determinations and escalated actions to written instructions that are client specific. Adapt processing behaviors based on feedback or rules documentation changes. Achieve production and quality goals as assigned by the Processing Department. Utilize basic computer skills to access and interpret performance reporting. Other office/clerical duties as assigned. What You'll Need High School diploma or GED. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to determine the proper medium of communication based on issues at hand. Professionalism and the ability to work well with different groups of people. Self-motivated, quality driven individual with a strong attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet all assigned deadlines in a productivity driven environment. Familiarity with basic computer skills such as Outlook, Teams, and web browsers with the ability to learn and navigate a variety of computer systems/software.
