Competitive wage starting at $20.00+, DOE Job Purpose: This position is the customer’s first point of contact with the bank and provides excellent customer service by meeting the needs of customers in an efficient and friendly manner. Fostering the growth of relationships within the bank through new and existing customers by promoting bank products and services that meet the customer’s needs. Performs routine office and clerical duties while maintaining operational quality and standards. Complies with all bank regulations and policies pertaining to the operational functions of the bank. This position reports directly to the Branch Operations Manger and works directly with customers, tellers, branch loan administrators and loan officers. Works indirectly with other members of the bank. Expectations Detail oriented People person Able to handle confidential information Proficient at Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Self-motivated Quick learner Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written Excellent organizational and time management skills Problem solver Independent decision maker within authority limits Ability to handle fast paced, multitasking environment Banking experience preferred.
