Program Manager
360X Staffing
The Program Manager leads multiple mid-to-large scale energy infrastructure projects, including transmission & distribution, electrical engineering, EPC, and construction initiatives. This role oversees multidisciplinary teams and is responsible for project safety, scope, schedule, budget, quality, contracts, procurement, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and successful project delivery from initiation through closeout. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Business, Project Management, or related field preferred. 10+ years of industry experience, including 7+ years in Project Management. Experience managing large, cross-functional teams in an EPC or utility environment. PMP certification preferred or ability to obtain within 12 months. Knowledge of high-voltage transmission projects (69kV–500kV); experience with PLS-CADD is a plus. Strong understanding of project controls, budgeting, procurement, contract administration, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
