Accounts Receivable Manager
A growing manufacturing company is adding an Accounts Receivable Manager to support continued growth and strengthen the finance organization.
This role is ideal for a leader who can drive collections performance, improve processes, and build strong partnerships across finance, sales, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily AR operations including billing, cash application, and collections
- Manage and develop AR staff
- Monitor aging and drive collection efforts
- Improve DSO and cash flow performance
- Resolve billing disputes, deductions, and short pays
- Support customer credit reviews and risk management
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, customer service, and operations
- Support month-end close and reconciliations
- Improve systems, reporting, and process efficiency
- Assist with audits and special projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years of AR / collections experience
- Prior leadership experience
- Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- ERP experience required
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Results-oriented with strong follow-through
