As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your role extends far beyond clinical tasks — you are a compassionate presence, an advocate, and a trusted partner in each resident’s care journey. - Prepare residents for the day or night as necessary by assisting with bathing, dressing, and activities of daily living
- Take, read, and record temperatures, pulses, respirations, blood pressures, and weights
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and notify the charge nurse in a timely manner
- Respond to resident pendant calls in a timely manner and provides or obtains the necessary care
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Current CNA license in good standing in Indiana
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassion for serving older adults
