Legal Senior Onsite Service Specialist

Job Title

Pay rate: $19.00- $21.00/hr Hours: 9:00am- 6:00pm Location: Columbus, OH Temp to hire

Summary:

General daily duties will include mail and package delivery, production work: print/copy/scan, and some hospitality: setting up conference rooms and stocking snacks. The production portion of this role will take up the most time.

In addition to print/copy/scan, the production work will also include making binders and flash drives.

The manager is looking for a candidate with solid customer service skills, a strong attention to detail/follow-up, and a willingness to learn.

Candidates should have experience in a professional environment and experience with copy/print.

A candidate with legal background would be great.

Candidates must be able to lift 20-30 pounds and be on their feet while working on production projects.

The worksite address is 200 Civic Center Dr Suite 1200, Columbus, OH 43215 United States and parking will be reimbursed.

Qualifications:

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in legal industry is highly desired.
• Ability to provide an excellent customer experience, utilizing strong customer service, personal and communication skills.
• Some related copy job experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of copier and other related equipment and repair is preferred.
• Ability to utilize a mixture of hardware and software to support functions such as cost recovery, document management and advanced workflow.
• Requires knowledge and understanding of shipping/receiving procedures.
• Basic electronics knowledge is preferred.
• Possesses ability to work independently and flexibly to complete projects.
• Possesses ability to determine correct method and packing material as well as check packing slips for accuracy of incoming materials.
• Possesses ability to comprehend instructions concerning mail delivery.
• Possesses troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Possesses ability to read and comprehend written technical information in the form of manuals, parts books and related publications.
• Possesses excellent customer relations skills and excellent verbal communication skills.
