Description

American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist for a General Sonography/Ultrasound position requiring ARDMS-OB certification and High Risk OB experience, with first-time travelers welcome.

Details

• Women's health-focused ultrasound unit specializing in obstetric and high-risk OB imaging
• Procedures include viability and dating ultrasounds, 1st trimester scans, and high-risk OB studies
• Patient diagnoses include OB-related ICD codes (e.g., O09.90 and related OB Dx codes)
• 4x9 hour day shifts, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• No weekends or on-call required
• Epic EMR experience is mandatory

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of ultrasound/sonography experience required
• ARDMS-OB certification required
• High-risk OB and obstetrics experience required
• MFM (Maternal-Fetal Medicine) experience preferred
• Epic EMR proficiency required
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Copy of driver's license required for consideration
• License required if applicable

• Candidates must pass a Pass/Fail EKG exam during compliance (two attempts allowed); candidates should prepare independently in advance as study materials are not provided by the facility
• Zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences
