As a Senior Project Controls Manager, you'll partner with project teams and leaders to guide financial and schedule performance while building trust, alignment, and shared accountability. The anticipated salary range for this position is $124,000 – 165,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

You'll act as a trusted advisor—leading project controls professionals, translating data into clear insights, and helping teams anticipate risks, seize opportunities, and make confident decisions. Through collaboration, forecasting, and performance analysis, you'll positively influence outcomes across diverse projects and delivery methods, including Lean and integrated project delivery.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 7+ years of construction project controls experience
• Strong understanding of project controls, financial forecasting, and project management processes
• Ability to build relationships, communicate clearly, and influence positive project outcomes
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort with project management or financial systems (Power BI a plus)
