Food and Beverage Supervisor - Hilton Orlando The Hilton Orlando a vibrant resort hotel in the heart of Orlandos International Drive and connected to the South side of the Orlando Orange County Convention Center by a covered walkway is seeking a full-time Food and Beverage Supervisor to join their team! This 1400+ room property offers six dining outlets and seamlessly blends extensive leisure offerings with world class business amenities. A Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for supervising the services in the open food and beverage outlets in the hotel to ensure delivery of outstanding guest service and financial profitability. In this role you would assist in the management of Tropics Pool Bar & Grill Fastbreak and TodoVos! Ideal candidates for this position will have previous food and beverage leadership experience a passion for curating exceptional guest experiences and the ability to work fast pace with attention to detail! Shift Pattern: candidates should be available to work flexibly between the hours of 9 am and 2 am any day of the week/weekends/holidays as needed Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour What are the benefits of working for Hilton? A Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for supervising the services in the open food and beverage outlets in the hotel to ensure delivery of outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Supervise and train team members in all food and beverage operations Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints Demonstrate strong menu and bar knowledge Maintain cleanliness of the outlets Ensure compliance with health safety sanitation third-party liability liquor laws and alcohol awareness standards and procedures Use proper cash handling and accounting procedures to total process and collect payments from guests Create revenue-generating promotions Perform staff and additional duties as required What are we looking for?
