Quick Facts: Location: Lansing, MI 1215 East Michigan Avenue Start Date: 07/28/2026 Duration: Ongoing, as needed Shift: Monday Friday, 8:00 am 4:30 pm Hours per Week: 40 Employment Type: Locum / Temporary License/Certifications: Valid CRNA license in Michigan; BLS, ACLS required Experience: At least 2 years of CRNA experience, comfortable practicing independently Pay Rate: $187.60 per hour Benefits & Perks: Competitive pay packages with weekly direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time as per applicable laws Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated team support throughout assignment What You ll Do: Provide independent MAC anesthesia for endoscopy procedures, including EGD, colonoscopy, and combined cases Manage 10-16 cases per day in a dedicated endoscopy setting Collaborate with the endoscopy team to ensure patient safety and comfort Document anesthesia care accurately using EPIC EMR system Work autonomously in a busy outpatient practice environment Follow all relevant protocols and maintain high standards of care What You Need: Valid CRNA license in Michigan Current BLS and ACLS certifications Minimum 2 years of CRNA practice experience, especially with outpatient/endoscopy procedures Ability to work independently and reliably handle cases Strong organizational skills and attention to detail About the Assignment: This assignment is at a leading facility in Lansing, Michigan, supporting their endoscopy department during a period of short staffing. The CRNA will work independently in a dedicated setting, providing sedation and anesthesia services for adult and geriatric patients.
