Senior Campaign Specialist (AI-ML)

Good, because we're on the hunt for an energetic Senior Campaign Specialist to join the AI & Machine Learning marketing pod inside our Compute Division and bring bold, brilliant ideas to life. Reporting to the Director of Marketing for Compute, you'll be in the thick of planning, building, and launching campaigns that fuel demand for our AI and GPU products, engage builders, and guide them through every stage of their journey: from thinking about their first compute deployment to production-scale inference.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Campaign Management: Build and launch multi-channel campaigns around our AI and GPU offerings that make people click, convert, and come back for more.
• Lifecycle Marketing: Dream up lifecycle marketing programs that onboard, nurture, and delight customers from their first GPU instance to scaled training and inference.
• Demand Gen: Support demand-generation initiatives that attract, convert, and retain high-quality leads throughout the AI/ML buyer journey.
• Data & Analytics: Keep one eye on the numbers: analyze performance and spot opportunities to make campaigns even better.
• Technical Copywriting: Translate dense technical material (GPU specs, inference benchmarks, model-serving stories) into campaigns that land with a technical audience.
• Global Collaboration: Collaborate with global teams (APAC, EMEA, and the Americas) to align on multi-brand campaigns and share best practices.
• Event Management: Provide support for AI and ML events and conferences. From time-to-time, support the Megaport team with local network conferences in South America.
• Innovation: Experiment, iterate, and occasionally throw out the rulebook to try something new.
• Executive Support: Provide operational support to the Head of Marketing for Compute and CMO, helping keep priorities moving and projects on track.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience focusing on campaign management, below-the-line campaigning, and demand gen under your belt.
• Technical Skills: Experience working with HTML / CSS for both email and web. You can easily build an email campaign and an associated landing page.
• Automation Tools: Marketo and Customer.io (or other Marketing Automation) skills, with hands-on experience with the software.
• Soft Skills: Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Mindset: Enjoy finding ways to improve processes and results; a data-driven decision maker with a creative twist.
• Global Ready: Comfortable working across globally distributed teams and time zones; you can communicate clearly and asynchronously.

Bonus Points

• Experience in B2B tech, SaaS, or infrastructure.
• Experience targeting AI/ML, MLOps, Data Science, GPU/HPC, or similar hi-tech audiences.
• Familiarity with the AI infrastructure landscape (GPUs, training vs. inference, model serving, AI cloud).
• Experience using Salesforce.
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
