Veterans Housing Stability Case Manager

Jewish Family & Children's Service of the Suncoast, Inc.

Jewish Family & Children’s Service of the Suncoast, Inc. is seeking an OMAP Case Manager to provide case management services to homeless veterans and their families, coordinating VA benefits, public assistance, and supportive services to help secure housing stability. Responsibilities include screening referrals, conducting initial visits, developing housing stability plans, documenting eligibility, coordinating with VA programs, maintaining case records in HMIS, and building a caseload of 25 #J-18808-Ljbffr Jewish Family & Children's Service of the Suncoast, Inc.
