About the Position

AlliedTravelCareers is working with Jackson HealthPros to find a qualified Rad Tech in Bishop, California, 93514!

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist to perform a variety of radiographic procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety and comfort. The technologist will perform both CT and X-ray exams and will work independently on the night shift. The role requires adherence to department and hospital protocols and collaboration with radiologists, hospitalists, emergency physicians, and diagnostic imaging leadership.

Minimum Requirements: 

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Radiologic Technologist Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent accrediting body.
• California State Radiologic Technologists License.
• Registered Radiographer.
• California Fluoroscopy (Fluoro) License.
• CT License required. Must be proficient in CT and X-ray scans.
• Current CPR card.
• Ability to work independently and cover the department solo on night shift.
• Willingness to be flexible to cover department needs, including PTO coverage and holiday shifts when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of an Associate of Science or Associate of Arts degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Seven Medical PACS / RIS.
• Experience with Athena Health EHR.

Assignment Details

• Nights 1900-0700.
• 7 on / 7 off night rotation with specific weekly start times varying (example schedule includes 7pm–7am and 8:30pm–6:30am shifts).
• Traveler will cover shifts when other night staff are on vacation and must work holidays if they fall on assigned shifts.
• Must be able to work independently; solo coverage on nights is required.
