You'll: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing restaurant team Create a positive culture where people enjoy coming to work and have opportunities to grow Drive sales and profitability through strong operational execution Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and cash management Deliver exceptional guest service and consistently high food quality Maintain the highest standards for food safety, cleanliness, and restaurant appearance Analyze financial performance and create action plans to improve results Execute marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns Recruit, hire, train, and retain great team members Build strong relationships with guests, employees, and the local community Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive work environment What We're Looking For Proven experience as a General Manager or restaurant leader in a high-volume Food/Hospitality environment A track record of successfully leading teams and delivering results Exceptional leadership and coaching skills Strong business and financial acumen Ability to analyze financial results and turn insights into action Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety and health regulations A passion for developing people and building strong teams Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Willingness to relocate to or live within the Broken Bow area Your Rewards Up to $10,000 Sign-On & Relocation Package Moving to Broken Bow?
