Physical Therapist (PT) | Full-time | Outpatient Clinic

Location: 1735 N Green Ave, Purcell, OK 73080

Our team addresses a wide variety of conditions, including orthopedic, neurological, pre- and post-operative, gait and balance issues, as well as sports-related injuries. Whether you wish to manage a general caseload or focus on specialties like orthopedics (including pre and post-operative care), manual therapy, hand therapy, prosthetic rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, or concussion management, we provide the opportunities to do so.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized, evidence-based therapy for patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions.
• Accurately document patient care using Raintree EMR.
• Manage a caseload of around 50 visits weekly, supported by AI-driven tools that streamline documentation processes.
• Foster a culture of clinical learning and peer collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Possession of an active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning abilities.
• A dedication to compassionate, patient-centered care.
