Now hiring for a Reach Truck Operator Location: Lancaster, TX Pay Rate: $18.75 $19.25 per hour Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 1st Shift: 7 AM-3:30 PM | 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM-12 AM | OT as needed

Education Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.

Skills + Experience Requirements

Recent Reach Truck Operator experience required. Crown Reach Truck experience required. Order picking and warehouse material handling experience. Strong accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Reliable transportation required. Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Physical Capabilities

Work in warehouse temperatures ranging from approximately 42F to 55F. Work in both regular warehouse and cold storage areas. Stand and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods. Perform physical warehouse and material handling tasks. Safely operate Reach Truck equipment. Wear required steel-toe shoes.

Job Duties

Operate a Crown Reach Truck to move products throughout the warehouse. Pick and stage orders accurately. Load and unload trailers. Transport materials to designated warehouse locations. Support inventory movement and product staging. Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.
