ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2017 and is a close-knit team of three who work together in a supportive, family-oriented environment. Before becoming an agent, I had a background in recruiting where I specialized in placing physicians. That experience gave me a strong appreciation for building relationships, identifying talent, and helping people succeed.

I’m a proud Texas Tech graduate and a proud husband and dad. Family plays a big role in my life and influences the culture I’ve built within our office. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jason Ruiz - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
