Effective: 2026-2027 School Year, anticipated start date September 1, 2026 Salary: (As per Salary Guide Carpenter 26-27) Tier one $82,586 Benefits: In addition to the base salary, eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package:

Requirements:
- 5 years minimum experience
- Working knowledge of all phases of carpentry and materials but not limited to (ie. Framing, drywall, floor installs, maintenance repairs, cabinetry)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to climb ladders and work from scaffolds and ladders
- Must have own hand tools
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Good listening, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass the required Criminal History Review and the Sexual Misconduct/Child Abuse Disclosure
- Ability to work in a school setting
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, kneel and reach in all directions
- Possess physical dexterity
- Ability to pass the required physical examination for employment
