Customer Care Team Leader

Responsibilities include overseeing the customer service team and daily operations, developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures, handling escalated customer complaints and issues, and training and mentoring customer service representatives.

Qualifications include 5+ years of experience in customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role, leadership and organizational skills, and communication and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year.
