Surgery Scheduling System Specialist- Waukesha Memorial Hospital- Full Time

What You Will Do: Works in collaboration with the RN OR operations coordinator to ensure smooth operations of scheduling cases, work day flow, and closed loop communication. Responsible for confirming appropriate charges are entered for patients. Collaborates daily with materials coordinator, billing department, vendors and staff to ensure efficiencies. You will also answer phones and page call staff and physicians when needed.
