Sr Software Engineer - Access Review

Salary: $143,200 - 243,400 per year Requirements:

• We need 7+ years of backend software development experience, ideally in identity and access management, security, or adjacent fields.
• We require a bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• We are looking for strong proficiency in object-oriented languages such as Golang and Java.
• Experience designing and delivering RESTful APIs and microservices architectures is essential.
• A solid grasp of authentication and authorization protocols, standards, and best practices is expected.
• We value experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, along with familiarity with IAM capabilities.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases, caching approaches, and distributed systems is important.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment are required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• We design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs for our IAM platform, ensuring strong performance, scalability, and reliability.
• We partner with product managers, software engineers, UX designers, and security specialists to deliver features aligned with business objectives and security expectations.
• We lead the development and ongoing support of the Access Review feature within our IAM platform.
• We create and manage identity lifecycle capabilities, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access control policies.
• We implement logging, monitoring, and auditing functions to support platform visibility and compliance.
• We continuously improve platform performance, security, and scalability through code reviews, testing, and refactoring.
• We stay current on industry trends and emerging identity and access management technologies, applying new ideas to strengthen the platform.
