ZZ's Sushi Bar 151 NE 41 Street Suite 117 Miami, FL 33137, USA ZZ's Sushi Bar is hiring experienced Prep Cooks with a strong work ethic to help set and maintain the highest standards of cuisine and professionalism. Responsibilities: Assist the head chef by chopping vegetables and washing food items Ensure kitchen equipment and appliances are ready for use Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment at all times Prepare salads, breads, salad dressings and sauces Gather food ingredients from the refrigerator or freezer as required by the chef Ensure food is stored away properly when not in use Study the menu and prepare ingredients ahead of schedule Learn about the cooking methods and techniques employed in the kitchen Requirements: Culinary diploma or equivalent in experience strongly preferred Team-orientated and positive attitude Strong communication skills a must Benefits: We offer competitive salary, medical/dental/vision insurance, TransitChek discount, Referral Rewards program, a generous dining program, and progressive paid time off.
