Description:

Seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect and Lead Developer with a strong background in designing, developing, and leading the implementation of complex web-based enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Microsoft technologies, software architecture, database design, application integrations, and DevOps practices. This role requires strong leadership skills to guide development teams, establish technical standards, and ensure successful delivery of scalable and secure solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and architect complex, scalable, and high-performance web-based applications using modern Microsoft technologies.
• Collaborate across business, technical, and project teams to identify, define, and implement effective technical solutions.
• Lead application architecture, database design, system integrations, data migrations, and performance optimization initiatives.
• Translate business and client requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security requirements, and industry best practices.
• Drive project planning, sprint planning, estimation, and technical decision-making activities.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integration services for internal and external systems.
• Oversee SQL Server database design, optimization, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Implement DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, monitoring, and release management.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and software development best practices.
• Identify technical risks and provide solutions to complex business and system challenges.
• Support production environments and troubleshoot critical application issues when required.

Required Skills:

• Working across teams and disciplines to identify and define solutions, such as custom code, database design, complex data migrations, application integrations, platform performance, project/sprint planning, and advanced problem solving.
• Proficiency in programming languages: C#.
• Proficiency in Development framework:.NET Core 10.
• Proficiency in database management: SQL Server 2022.
• Proficiency in client-side technology: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery.
• Proficiency in web service and data technologies: REST APIs, Json.
• Translating client requirements into technical requirements.
• Providing guidance and expertise to the rest of the Development team.
• Conducting code reviews of work committed by other Developers.
• Enforcing industry standards and best practices in addition to applicable State or organizational policies.
• Strong DevOps fundamentals.
