Cost Estimator with Security Clearance

Required Skills / Education / Experience 2 years of experience working with the National System for Geospatial Intelligence (NSG) community and its functions, including understanding management processes and communication across all levels of the organizational hierarchy. 2 years of experience with DoD and/or IC CAPE processes and templates. 2 years of experience utilizing a variety of Cost Estimation techniques (e.g. analogous, parametric, bottoms up, etc.) to develop cost estimates for work statements and change orders. 2 years of experience with DoD and/or IC requirements and funding processes. Desired Skills / Education / Experience Working knowledge of MC&G Mission Domain (not technical knowledge). Experience with DoD and/or IC budgeting and financial processes and tools, especially in creating and updating spend plans.
